It's time to set expectations and make plans for the new month. It's the perfect time to reflect and build momentum toward a more intentional motherhood. And since we are entering into spring soon, it's a great time to make plans and take action on preparing for spring activities... both the fun ones like decorating and the not so fun of spring cleaning.
After we go over some things to keep in mind as you prepare for all things spring, we end up going down the path of really surrendering our plans and our time. It's important to make plans and be intentional with how we spend our time but we need to do it partnered with God. We have to remember he is in control and be willing to let him lead us and walk with us according to his timing. A look at Psalms 143:8 leads us into a deeper discussion and vulnerable sharing time of how we trust him to really show us the way without imposing our limitations.
With bold love, peace and intention,
Julie

So many of us are quick to label ourselves a hot mess mom. It's easy to feel like we don't have it all together. But I'm challenging you today to consider the alternative. What exactly does a mom look like who isn't a hot mess? What is this opposite, ideal version of motherhood where you don't act like a thrown together mess?
Is this ideal even a reality? Let's dig deep into what we believe about ourselves and if we're not happy with where we are at, what to do about it. The first simple steps to take to get yourself out of feeling like the stereotypical hot mess mom.
It's an important topic and one I hope you share with your friends. It's a movement we need to stop. It seems funny and harmless on the surface but can quickly grow deeper roots that lead us to low self esteem, low productivity, and setting up for dealing with a lot of physical and emotional mess. Are you ready to ditch your hot mess mom title? By the end of today's chat you will be :)
With bold love, peace and intention,
Julie

Just hearing the word chores does not bring about happy thoughts...more like resentful annoyance of doing all these household tasks. Then all the frustration of asking our kids to clean up after themselves and help around the house.
Sometimes it just doesn't feel like it's worth the fight. So what if we get rid of chores all together? No, sorry your house won't be magically picked up all by itself. But there is a better way that doesn't leave you doing all the cleanup as the mom. Managing your home just got easier.
Today we're going over the simple hack to get everyone on board with taking care of the house. Everyone contributes to the mess so it should be everyone's responsibility, right? Let's talk about the easier way to work together with a lot less grumbling and ending the night with a tidy house!
We talk about some bonus things to take care of that are in the family command center, check out the link below to get your take care time sheet!

We go step by step with practical ways to love your husband around Valentine's day and every day. It doesn't take much to make your husband feel extra special and appreciated.
Stick around for the end with a powerful scripture from Proverbs 31 that really inspires us to love our husbands well and the impact that has on him.

As a mom, we're always struggling to get our kids on board with helping around the house. Even just getting them to do basic tasks of getting dressed, cleaning their room and taking care of their toys. Well, the key to improving this problem could lie with you...
How do you act about doing laundry, dishes, cooking and taking care of the house? Does it usually involve complaining, dread, and cranky looks to your family? Well you're teaching them it's something that is not fun and should be avoided. So no surprise when they're not jumping up to help....
Today we are doing a quick attitude check to see if some simple shifts can help you enjoy taking care of your home and getting your kids on board too. Let's make parenting a little easier shall we?

Today's conversation is so important about the lessons we are subconsciously teaching our kids by the way we talk and act about the food we eat and the exercise we do. If we act like the food we eat is all either good or bad or something we are forcing ourselves to do... it's not giving our kids the foundation of healthy eating. It's teaching them we punish ourselves and they will want no part of that.
It's very eye opening to realize all the little ways we are showing our kids how to think about healthy living. Instead of taking yourself through all the latest diet trends, how about a sustainable system for thinking about food and figuring out how to enjoy eating each day? Thankfully Kristen has exactly that for us. Today is full of powerful tips so get ready to write them down!
Today's Guest:
Kristen Noriega is the busy mom’s go-to for simple nutrition, fun workouts, and creating a healthy family culture.
As a registered dietitian nutritionist, she has been working with moms for over seven years. She is a mom of four littles, military spouse, and Catholic-Christian.
You can find Kristen on the Baby Weight Nutritionist Podcast where she drops helpful tips to seamlessly fit fun foods, really good nutrition, and movement that lights you up into the cracks of your day.
